Vacancy for Canteen Stall – Indian Food Stall – eg Rice, Noodles, Bee Hoon, Indian Vegetarian etc
We invite applications from interested parties to operate the above-mentioned stall. The school has an enrolment of about 1226 students and 110 staff.
Requirements of Applicants
Applicants must be:

A Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. -
Able to start operation immediately. -
Able to provide a varied and healthy nutritional menu that meets Health Promotion Board requirements. -
Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices (to be determined in consultation with the school). -
Able to observe a high standard of food and personal hygiene that meets NEA requirements. -
Must be in personal attendance at the stall during operating hours. -
Must maintain stall cleanliness at all times. -
Any other criteria set by Punggol Primary School.
Other factors for consideration may include catering experience, physical fitness, financial position and proximity of residence to the school.
Health and Hygiene Requirements:

Stallholder and assistant(s) must have completed and passed the Basic Food Hygiene Course (BFHC) conducted by any of the accredited training providers appointed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). -
Stallholder must comply with the Healthy Eating in Schools Programme Guidelines (https://www.hpb.gov.sg/schools/school-programmes/healthy-meals-in-schools-programme)

Applicants are to submit the following documents to the school:

Proposed Menu with Price List (processed food is not accepted) -
Photocopies of certificates of relevant courses attended, such as Basic Food Hygiene Course and previous NEA licenses, etc
Closing Date of Submission
NIL
Shortlisted applicants must be available for an interview and food sampling session at the school (date to be confirmed later).
The successful applicant may commence stall operations upon completion of all required procedures and paperwork.
